Board of Directors

The Board is made up of the following 6 members:

  • Mark Duyck, Chairman of the Board of Directors
    Executive chairman.
  • MOST bvba, represented by Frank Meysman, Independent director
    He has great international marketing experience and is therefore able to strengthen WDP's customer services.
  • Alex Van Breedam, Independent director
    Expert in logistics.
  • Dirk Van den Broeck, Independent director
    Financial expert on logistic real estate, quoted on the stock exchange.
  • Tony De Pauw, CEO
    He represents the principal group of shareholders, i.e. the Jos De Pauw family.
  • Joost Uwents, CEO
    Together with Tony De Pauw, he constitutes WDP's management team.
